Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of SkinFolio, operated by Korydian Labs Ltd. (Centris Business Gateway, Level 4/W, Triq is-Salib ta' L-Imriehel, Zone 3, Birkirkara CBD 3020, Malta; Company Registration No. C115846, VAT No. MT32853425; represented by Justin Hennies, Sole Director). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of Service

SkinFolio is a portfolio tracker for CS2 skins. The Service provides:

• Management and overview of skin investments
• Current market prices from various marketplaces
• Profit and loss calculations
• Browsing CS2 skins with price information

Note: SkinFolio is not a marketplace. No skins are traded, bought, or sold.

3. User Account

3.1 Registration

A user account is required to use the Service. You can register via email/password or through Steam login.

3.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• The accuracy of data you enter

4. Acceptable Use

When using SkinFolio, the following is prohibited:

• Automated scraping of the website or API
• Abusing the Service or overloading the systems
• Attempting to access other users' data without authorization
• Using the Service for illegal activities
• Manipulating price or portfolio data

5. Intellectual Property

The SkinFolio brand, website design, and code belong to the operator. Counter-Strike, CS2, and Steam are registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. SkinFolio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve.

Price information is sourced from third-party marketplaces (Skinport, CSFloat, Steam Market) and is subject to their respective terms of service.

6. Price Data Disclaimer

Prices displayed on SkinFolio are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Price data may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. Investment decisions based on this data are made at your own risk.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided without any warranty. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free availability
• Accuracy or completeness of displayed prices
• Prevention of data loss or technical failures

8. Limitation of Liability

The operator is not liable for:

• Financial losses from investment decisions
• Data loss due to technical failures or server outages
• Interruptions or discontinuation of the Service
• Actions of third parties (marketplaces, Valve, etc.)

This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory statutory liability applies.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@skinfolio.net. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Service.

10. Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Malta apply. Mandatory EU consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
